I know for some of you, you have started a new school, got lots of homework, meeting new people and playing different sports. All this can keep you so busy! Everyday life is generally busy.
What we would like you to do is to chillax!
Read a chapter of a book and tell us about it, watch a television programme that you really enjoy and explain what happened in that episode, or tell us what you like doing in your spare time.

When you arrive at The Cell Kids next week ask your coach for your Sunflower Seeds.
We would like you to grow a sunflower seed into the tallest, brightest, healthiest sunflower!
There will be a prize for the best sunflower. Get your green fingers working and lets see what you can achieve.

As you are back at School, it would be great if you could help your mums and dads with all the extra washing!
Do you know how to operate the washing machine?
Ask if you can put a load of washing on and be shown how to use the washing machine.
Watch your parents faces in disbelief when you ask them how to use it and that you would like to help with the washing!
